Reservation & Booking

Choose your preferred block and lot, and secure it with a reservation fee and a valid ID.  

Step 3

Downpayment

Start your downpayment 30 days after reservation to secure your purchase

Step 4

House Construction  

Your home construction begins, following the quality standards and timeline set by Pocket Communities.

Step 5

  Loan Processing

Submit the required documents and we’ll handle the loan processing to make your homeownership journey hassle-free.

Step 6

Move in  

Once your house is complete and your financing is ready, it’s time to move into your brand-new home!

Step 7

Title Transfer 

After full payment and turnover, we’ll assist in processing the transfer of your property title to your name.
